How long are the wait times after placing an order? 

We pride ourselves on being able to fufill orders immediately. Typically, orders are processed within a few minutes to 1-2 hours during our business hours, which are from 10:00am to 11:00pm EST. Please note that orders placed outside of these hours may experience a slight delay due to timezone differences. However, rest assured that we will attend to your order promptly once our business hours resume.

What are the discounts for bulk orders? What are the refferal rewards?

Purchasing three or more items from our selection, whether they are stickers or slots (which are posted prior to confirmed partner events), qualifies you for a 10% discount coupon to use towards your order! Please use discount code "DISCOUNT10PERCENT" during checkout and the promotion will be automatically applied to your order. What are the giveaways? Is there any criteria for entering? How often are they?

We try to hold a sticker giveaway on a weekly basis, although the schedule may vary slightly. There might be exceptions during album transitions or new releases, as we may need time to prepare the stickers. Participation in these giveaways requires no minimum requirements, and purchases will not incur extra entries. Winners are selected randomly to ensure fairness. If the chosen winner fails to claim their prize within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected. Typically, these giveaways last for 1-2 days, but we also occasionally hold spontaneous flash giveaways. We recommend checking our site regularly for updates on giveaway results and to ensure timely entry.

What is the refund policy? 

For digital sticker purchases, refunds are not available once the order has been delivered. Slot orders are also non-refundable, except in cases where they are not completed within the specified time frame as stated during purchase. However, if your sticker order is not completed within 12 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. If such an incidence were to occur, please reach out to our customer support team to initiate the refund process.
